§ 15.52.010. Adopted.

A.

That a certain document, two copies of which are on file in the office of the building official of the City of Uvalde, being marked and designated as the International Energy Conservation Code, 2015 edition, as published by the International Code Council, be and is hereby adopted as the energy conservation code of the City of Uvalde, in the State of Texas for regulating and governing energy-efficient building envelopes and installation of energy-efficient mechanical, lighting and power systems as herein provided; providing for the issuance of permits and collection of fees therefor; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of said energy conservation code on file in the office of the City of Uvalde Municipal Code of Ordinances in Chapter 15.52, Energy Conservation Code, Title 15, Buildings and Construction, are hereby referred to, adopted, and made a part hereof, as if fully set out in this section, with the additions, insertions, deletions and changes, if any, prescribed in subsection B of this section.

B.

Amendments. The following sections are hereby revised:

Sections C101.1 and R101.1. Insert: City of Uvalde

Ord. No. 2014-27 , §§ 1, 2, adopted Oct. 14, 2014, repealed the former § 15.52.010, and enacted a new § 15.52.010 as set out herein. The former section pertained to similar subject matter and derived from Ord. No. 2007-04, 2007; Ord. No. 2010-09, § 2, 9-12-2010.
