§ 15.26.020. Generally.

A.

The regulations contained in this division shall apply to any private property located within the city limits that is not the subject of a permit as of the effective date of this provision.

B.

The regulations contained in this division shall apply to all public property held by or for the benefit of the city or any agency, board or commission thereof in accordance with the provisions of this section.

C.

The regulations contained in this division shall regulate all activities that may result in the removal of heritage trees as defined herein.
