§ 13.20.050. Same—Duties.

The water resources optimization advisory committee shall from time to time make such general studies or research into the city resources optimization plan, inclusive of a water supply plan, a water conservation plan as well as a drought contingency and critical period management plan; it shall make recommendations to the city council with respect to the city water resources optimization plan, and it shall, acting in an advisory capacity work toward the general improvement of the plan and conservation of water.
