Editor's note

To facilitate inclusion of Ord. No. 2015-13 , § 2, adopted Oct. 13, 2015, as amending § 13.20.010, former § 13.20.060 has been repealed at the city's request. Section 13.20.060, which pertained to adopted water restrictions and regulations, derived from Ord. No. 2013-04, § 4, adopted March 26, 2013, and Ord. No. 2013-26, § 4, adopted Dec. 17, 2013. Said ordinances should have amended § 13.20.010 instead, and are now included in the history notes for § 13.20.010.
