Total rental fee, including the security fee and any other fees, are due 30 days prior to event date.

B.

Rehearsal and Early Access Fees. A lessee may have early access to the rented area in advance of the contracted use for rehearsals, set up, or decoration. Such early access is available in half-day increments at an additional fee of 25 percent of the rental rate for a half day and 50 percent of the rental rate for a full day.
