§ 12.28.050. Reimbursement of use fee deposit.

The use fee deposit required by Section 12.28.040 is nonrefundable unless the user has given the civic center manager a notice of his or her intention not to use the facility on the reserved date as indicated below:
A.

Full refund given with at least 90 days' notice prior to the event.

B.

One-half shall be refunded with notice at least 30 days' notice prior to the event.

C.

No refund given if less than 30 days' notice prior to the event provided.
