§ 10.32.270. Citation issued for violation of this chapter.

The city police department or other person designated by the city council is authorized to issue a citation for violation of this chapter by placing the citation on the windshield of the motor vehicle of the accused violator without obtaining the signature of the accused violator on the promise to appear before the municipal court for the city. It shall be sufficient notice to violator of this chapter to appear before the municipal court on the date stated on the citation therein.
