§ 10.32.260. Parking in a public sidewalk violation—Penalty.

  • A.

    It is unlawful for any person to cause, allow, let, permit or suffer any vehicle registered in his or her name or owned or operated by him or her or in his or her possession or under his or her control to be or remain in any public sidewalk in the city.

    B.

    An offense of this section is punishable by a fine of not less than $50.00 nor more than $100.00.
