§ 10.28.030. One-way street designated—Portion of Mueller Street.

A.

There being a public necessity and for the benefit of the citizens of the city, and for the city, Mueller Street is designated a one-way traffic street from its intersection with the west side of Dean Street to its intersection with the east side of North Park Street in the city.

B.

The one-way traffic will flow and travel from east to west, starting on the intersection of Mueller Street with the west side of Dean Street and then traveling east on Mueller Street to the intersection of Mueller Street with the east side of North Park Street.

C.

The one-way traffic travel on Mueller Street, as stated in subsection B of this section, will be in effect as posted.

D.

It is unlawful to operate any vehicle, during the times and days stated in subsection C of this section, on the identified portion of Mueller Street which has been designated as a one-way traffic street, in any direction other than as stated and designated.

E.

Anyone violating any of the provisions of this section shall be subject to punishment as provided in Section 1.12.010 of this Code.
