§ 10.04.020. Dismissal of traffic violation charge.

The recorder of the municipal court shall be the only person authorized to dismiss traffic cases. When an individual is, for any reason, unable to attend court in person and applies to an officer or other person to have a traffic charge dismissed, such officer or other person shall be required to submit the question to the court for determination.
