§ 12. Rates and charges.

(a)

City may regulate rates for the provision of basic cable and equipment as expressly permitted by applicable law. To the extent subsequently permitted by applicable federal law or regulation, City will have the right to regulate any other rates charged by Company. Company shall provide City and its subscribers a thirty-day notice of any changes in Company's rates and/or charges before such changes become effective.
