§ 8.52.050. Use or possession of restricted smoking material paraphernalia.

It shall be unlawful for any person below 21 years of age to use or to possess with the intent to use restricted smoking material paraphernalia to package, store, contain, or conceal restricted smoking material or to ingest, inhale, consume or otherwise introduce restricted smoking material into the human body. If an individual below 21 years of age is found using or in possession of restricted smoking material paraphernalia, it will be a violation of this chapter if appropriate testing is done on the paraphernalia and traces of restricted smoking material are present on the device.
