§ 8.20.210. Reward for information leading to arrest and conviction of litterers.

A.

A reward is offered to any person not a peace officer who furnishes information resulting in the arrest and conviction of a person committing a violation of subsection 8.20.090 A. The amount of the reward is up to $500.00, which shall be paid from the general fund of the city.

B.

If more than one person furnishes information resulting in the same arrest and conviction, the reward shall be apportioned equally among all such persons.
