§ 8.20.040. Cleanliness of the construction sites.

  • Each owner, occupant, tenant or lessee using or occupying any residence, structure, or commercial facility either who has produced any waste debris/material resulting from any demolition, remodeling, repair, or construction must have a waste receptacle, container, or trash bin on site. All construction debris must be taken to the city landfill for proper disposal. Any construction debris/material left at the location of the demolition, remodeling, repair, or construction site after the completion/termination of the project will be considered illegal dumping and the city can take the owner(s) of the property to municipal court where the municipal court judge can levee a fine or can have city workers pickup the debris and send the bill to the owner(s) of the property for services rendered.
