§ 5.30.140. Cancellation.

In the event the holder of a garage/yard sale operator desires to cancel the garage/yard sale, the code enforcement office shall be notified at least 24 hours prior to the date of cancellation. Such 24-hour notification shall be done during a normal business day. If notification is given in accordance with this section, such garage/yard sale will not count against the number of garage/yard sales for that year.
