§ 5.30.110. Removal of signs advertising garage/yard sales.

A garage/yard sale operator shall remove any advertising sign upon expiration of the garage/yard sale permit. Violators of this section are subject to a fine not to exceed more than $200.00 for each day past the deadline for removing signs. Each day any violation of this section continues shall constitute a separate offense. Proof of a culpable mental state shall not be required to establish a violation of this section.
