§ 5.16.020. Transporting persons for unlawful purposes.

It is unlawful for any person to transport or offer to transport, or to aid or assist in transporting, directly or indirectly, any person in, on, over or through the streets, alleys or public highways of the city by means of a taxicab for the purpose of lewdness, prostitution or for any other unlawful purpose.
