§ 5.12.070. Enforcement and penalty.

The duly constituted authorities of the city, including the police department, planning department and others having the duty of enforcing the ordinances of the city, shall enforce the provisions of this article and allow no peddler, itinerant vendor, or mobile food vendor to conduct his business without full compliance with the terms of this article.

Any person who shall knowingly violate any provision of this article shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall upon conviction be punished by a fine of not less than $200.00 and not more than $500.00.
