Article I. Generally |
§ 5.12.060. Denial or revocation of permit.
The planning director may deny any application for a permit or may revoke the issuance of any permit if it is determined that any of the following may exist.
A.
The applicant knowingly gave false or misleading information on his application.
B.
The applicant has been convicted of any sexual offense or any offense against a child, or theft or fraud or a felony or a misdemeanor involving moral turpitude or a violation of any other state penal law in connection with the activity of vending or solicitation for which a license was issued.
C.
The applicant has violated any provisions of any city ordinance or code regulating the activity of vending or soliciting.
D.
The applicant refuses to provide any information required on the application.
