§ 5.08.010. Purpose.

The purpose of this chapter is to:
A.

Assist in the management of the rights-of-way;

B.

Govern the use and occupancy of the rights-of-way by telecommunications service providers;

C.

Secure fair and reasonable compensation for the use and occupancy of the rights-of-way by telecommunications service providers in a nondiscriminatory and competitively neutral manner.
