§ 2.88.440. Creation of trust for perpetual care.

A.

There is created by this article a permanent trust for the perpetual care and upkeep of lots and graves in the cemetery.

B.

The city is willing and intends to act as, and is designated, permanent trustee of the trust created by this article.

C.

The city, as such trustee, is authorized and empowered to receive grants, gifts, and donations from any source for the perpetual care and upkeep of lots and graves in the cemetery, to assist the city in meeting its financial responsibility for such care and maintenance.
