§ 2.88.430. Definition.

As used in this article, "cemetery" means and refers to:

That certain twenty (20) acres of land, more or less, described in the deed dated February 10, 1893, from John Weymiller to Uvalde Cemetery Association, recorded in Volume 5, page 355, Deed Records of Uvalde County, Texas, and in the quitclaim deed from Uvalde Cemetery Association to the City of Uvalde, dated May 23, 1931, recorded in Volume 77, page 616, Deed Records of Uvalde County, Texas; and

2.

That certain four acres of land, more or less, known as the "Catholic Cemetery," and described in the deed dated April 11, 1893, from John Weymiller to the Bishop of San Antonio, recorded in Volume 5, page 363, Deed Records of Uvalde County, Texas, to which records reference is made for descriptive purposes.
