§ 2.88.340. Picking flowers or breaking tree limbs.

  • To guard against complaints of thefts, no one, whether a lot owner or holder of a grave receipt or any other person shall be allowed to pluck any flower, break any limb or twig, or remove any trees or plants at the cemetery, without special permission of the superintendent. If such permission is given, the work must be done by one of the employees of the cemetery, for which a charge will be made.
