§ 2.88.250. Marker permits.

A person proposing to install a grave marker at a city cemetery is required to submit a plan to the city permit office, showing that the marker will be in compliance with the provisions of this chapter. A person is required to obtain a permit from the city permit office to set a grave marker in a city cemetery. The fee for the permit is twenty-five dollars ($25.00). Marker permit fees collected by the city shall be used to help defray the expense of administering this chapter.
