§ 2.88.070. Title to lot not valid until purchase money paid—Removal of body from lot not paid for.

No title to a cemetery lot shall be valid until the amount of the purchase money shall have been paid and the city reserves the right to remove all bodies which may have been interred in such a lot and place the same in the single grave section.
