§ 2.72.040. Remittance to board of trustees.

The city secretary is directed to remit to the board of trustees of the Texas Municipal Retirement System, at its office in Austin, Texas, the city's proper contributions to the system and the amounts which shall be deducted from the compensation or payroll of employees, all as required by such board under the provisions of Title 110B, Sections 61.001 through 65.605 of the Revised Civil Statutes.
