§ 2.60.090. Process fees.

On all process issued from the municipal court which is executed beyond the corporate limits of the city by some officer other than an officer of the city there shall be taxed and charged the same mileage and fees as is now or may hereafter be allowed by law for process of similar character from justices' courts.
