§ 2.08.040. Calling of assistance in quelling riots and unlawful assemblies.

The mayor shall have power to call to his or her assistance the city police and citizens, in preventing or quelling any riot, unlawful assembly or breach of the peace, and all persons so called shall be subject to his or her orders while on the duty to which they are called.
