§ 2.04.020. Meetings generally.

The city council shall meet in the city hall in regular sessions on the second and fourth Tuesday in each month at six p.m. or at such other times as it may be called by the mayor, the mayor pro tem in the event of inability of the mayor, or by call of a majority of the members thereof in the event of the refusal, of both the mayor and mayor pro tem to act. No notice to councilmembers shall be required for the regular meetings, but a personal notice shall be given of special meetings to each member of the council, if possible, but personal notices to a majority of the members shall always be sufficient for the purpose of holding special meetings. The city council shall adjourn from day to day and from time to time at the will and discretion of the council.
