§ 1.04.060. Fiscal year.

A.

Fiscal Year Amended. The fiscal year of the city is amended and modified, and shall hereafter begin on October 1st of each year and end on September 30th of the following year.

B.

Amendment and Repeal of Ordinances. Chapter 2, Section 2-2 of the code of ordinances of the city is amended as provided in subsection A of this section; the ordinance adopting the annual budget of the city for FY 1998-1999 is amended as provided in Section 3 of the ordinance codified in this section; and all parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are amended to the extent of such conflict only.
