§ 18.01.140. Ordinary maintenance.

Nothing in this section shall be construed to prevent the ordinary maintenance, replacement or repair of any exterior architectural feature of a landmark or property within a historic district In addition, repairs shall be made in accordance with the standards established by the HPB. The HPO shall be the officer in charge of making the decisions as to what is "routine maintenance."
