§ 16.28.040. Improvements—Approval.

  • All streets, roadways and public utilities improvements shall be designated and constructed in accordance with minimum standards promulgated by the city manager and filed with the city clerk. If any part of the proposed construction is considered unsatisfactory by the city manager, construction operation shall not be started on the affected portions until alterations are made, so that the completed work shall comply with the standards approved by the city manager.
