§ 16.24.230. Dead-end streets.

Dead-end streets in subdivisions, designated to be so permanently, shall not be longer than one thousand (1,000) feet and shall be divided at the closed end with a turn-around having an outside roadway diameter of at least eighty (80) feet, and a street property line diameter of at least one hundred (100) feet.
