§ 16.24.160. Curves for deflecting connection street lines.

When connection street lines in subdivisions deflect from each other at any one point by more than ten (10) degrees, they shall be connected by a curve with a radius adequate to insure a sight distance of not less than fifty (50) feet for minor and collector streets and of such greater radii as the planning commission shall determine for special cases.
