§ 16.24.160. Curves for deflecting connection street lines.

  • When connection street lines in subdivisions deflect from each other at any one point by more than ten (10) degrees, they shall be connected by a curve with a radius adequate to insure a sight distance of not less than fifty (50) feet for minor and collector streets and of such greater radii as the planning commission shall determine for special cases.
