§ 16.24.120. Right-of-way widths.

Street right-of-way widths in subdivisions shall be as shown in the general community plan and where not shown therein, they shall be not less than as follows:

Street Type	Width
Arterial (major thoroughfare)	80 feet
Collector	60 feet
Minor or residential	50 feet
Marginal access	40 feet
Local	40 feet
Secondary collector	40 feet
Primary collector	40 feet
Marginal	30 feet
