§ 16.12.030. Approval or disapproval of preliminary plat and supplementary material.

A.

Following review of the preliminary plat and supplementary information filed in accord with Section 16.12.020, the commission shall, within thirty (30) days, act thereon and, if approved, the commission shall express its approval and conditional approval and state the conditions of such approval, if any, or, if disapproved, shall express its disapproval and its reasons therefor.

B.

The action of the planning commission shall be noted on two copies of the preliminary plat, referenced and attached to any conditions determined. One copy shall be returned to the subdivider and the other retained by the planning commission.

C.

Conditional approval shall be considered to be approval of a plat or replat subject to conformity with prescribed conditions, but shall be deemed to be disapproval of such plat or replat until such conditions are complied with.
