§ 16.12.010. Subdivider to confer with city manager.

Previous to the filing of an application for conditional approval of the preliminary plat, the subdivider shall confer with the city manager and his or her staff on an informal basis to discuss the proposed plat, its conformity to the regulations of this chapter, relationship to surrounding property, streets, etc.
