§ 16.08.020. Appeals to planning commission.

Any subdivider contesting any disapproval or the interpretation or application of any rule, standard, regulation, determination, requirement or necessity set forth in this title, directly or by delegation of authority, shall have the right, after filing a written request with the secretary of the planning commission, to have a hearing thereon before the commission within twenty-one (21) days after the date of filing of such request. The commission shall be the final judge in all such cases and the substantial evidence rule shall apply.
