§ 16.04.040. Certain land not to be subdivided.

Land which the planning commission has found to be unsuitable for subdivision due to flooding, bad drainage and other features likely to be harmful to the safety, welfare and general health of the future residents, and which the planning commission considers inappropriate for subdivision, shall not be subdivided, unless adequate methods for correcting same are formulated by the developer and approved by the city manager and the planning commission.
