§ 15.60.010. Adopted.

A.

A certain document, two copies of which are on file in the office of the building official of the City of Uvalde, being marked and designated as the International Wildland-Urban Interface Code, 2015 edition, including Appendix Chapter A, as published by the International Code Council, be and is hereby adopted as the wildland-urban interface code of the City of Uvalde, in the State of Texas for regulating and governing the mitigation of hazard to life and property from the intrusion of fire from wildland exposures, fire from adjacent structures and prevention of structure fires from spreading to wildland fuels as herein provided; providing for the issuance of permits and collection of fees therefor; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of said wildland-urban interface code on file in the office of the city secretary of the City of Uvalde, Chapter 15.60, Wildland-Urban Interface Code, Title 15, Buildings and Construction, Uvalde Code of Ordinances, are hereby referred to, adopted, and made a part hereof, as if fully set out in this section, with the additions, insertions, deletions and changes, if any, prescribed in subsection B of this section.

B.

Amendments. The following sections are hereby revised:

Section 101.1. Insert: City of Uvalde
