§ 15.48.010. Statutory authorization.

The legislature of the state has in the Flood Control Insurance Act, Texas Water Code, Section 16.315, delegated the responsibility of local government units to adopt regulation designed to minimize flood losses. Therefore, the city council does ordain as follows in this chapter.
