§ 13.12.090. Billing practice.

Industrial waste surcharges provided for in this chapter shall be included as a separate item on the regular bill for water and sewer charges and shall be paid monthly in accordance with the existing practices. Surcharges shall be paid at the same time that the sewer charges of the person become due and payment for sewer services shall not be accepted without payment also of sewer service surcharges.
