§ 13.08.040. Prohibited sewer deposits generally.

It is unlawful for any person to throw or deposit or cause or permit to be thrown or deposited in any vessel or receptacle connected with the public sewer any garbage, hair, ashes, fruit, vegetables, peeling, refuse, rags, cotton, cinders or any other matter or thing whatsoever except feces, urine, the necessary closet paper and liquid house slops.
