§ 13.04.150. Deposit to secure payment.

Upon application for service, a water consumer must deposit fifty dollars ($50.00) in cash with the city water department, which may be applied to the payment of the consumer's water bills. If so applied, the deposit must be restored to the original amount by the consumer. Any unused portion of the deposit, shall be refunded at any time the account or service is discontinued.
