§ 13.04.120. Report and prosecution of violations of chapter.

It shall be the duty of all employees of the city, including officers and members of the police force, to report to the superintendent of the waterworks system all violations of this chapter that come to their attention. The superintendent of the waterworks system shall report all violations of this chapter to the city council and shall forthwith proceed to have prosecuted all such violations.
