§ 10.40.010. Abandoned motor vehicle act adopted.

For the purpose of establishing procedures, rules and regulations to be followed in the handling of abandoned motor vehicles in the city, there is adopted the abandoned motor vehicle law of the state, Article 4477-9a, Sections 5.02 through 5.07 of the Revised Civil Statutes, and all amendments thereto, a copy of which is and shall remain on file in the office of the city secretary, and the same is adopted and incorporated herein as fully as if set out at length herein and shall be known as "the Abandoned Motor Vehicle Act of the City of Uvalde."
