§ 10.32.180. No parking zone—Portion of Bohme Street.

A.

Designation of No Parking Zone. The city designates and establishes a no parking zone on a certain designated area on the east side of North Park Street and the certain designated area is located one hundred eighty-seven (187) linear feet from the southeast intersection of Bohme Street and North Park Street sidewalks in the city. The no parking zone shall be marked by signs showing no parking.

B.

No Parking. It is unlawful for any person or owner to park or leave standing a vehicle on the designated area which is located one hundred eighty-seven (187) linear feet from the southeast intersection of Bohme Street and North Park Street sidewalks in the city.

C.

Exceptions. The designated area which is located one hundred eighty-seven (187) linear feet from the southeast intersection of Bohme Street and North Park Street sidewalks shall also be designated as school bus lanes. The following vehicles are exempt from the terms of this section:
