§ 10.32.040. Temporary parking restrictions on parade route.

The chief of police is authorized, whenever in his or her judgment it is necessary, to prohibit or restrict the parking of vehicles along a street or that part thereof constituting a part of the route of an authorized parade or procession and to erect temporary traffic signs to that effect. It is unlawful to park or leave unattended any vehicle in violation of such signs.
