§ 10.24.040. Entering intersection without stopping prohibited.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person to drive or operate a vehicle that enters an intersection detailed in this chapter without first stopping in obedience to the four-way or three-way traffic-control stop signs erected and installed pursuant to this chapter, and who after stopping, fails to yield the right-of-way to a vehicle already lawfully using such intersection.
