Definitions. As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the meaning and definition as follows:

"Motor vehicle" means any motor driven or propelled vehicle required to be registered under the laws of this state pursuant to the Certificate of Title Act, Chapt. 501, Tex. Trans. Code, as amended.

"Vehicle" means a device in, on, or by which a person or property is or may be transported or drawn on a public street or public highway. The term includes, but is not limited to, a motor vehicle, truck-tractor, semi-trailer, truck-tractor and semi-trailer or a trailer.
